Product Description

Bio-soluble fiber blanket is a body soluble fiber that utilizes a unique spinning technology to create a special fiber with superior thermal and mechanical properties. This fiber is made from a blend of calcium, silica and magnesium and can be exposed to temperatures up to 1200°C. Bio-soluble fiber blanket does not have any hazard classification due to its low bio-persistence and bio-degradability. Perfect for workers and users to use without the hazardous fiber.

Bio-soluble fiber blanket was developed on the basis of a alkaline earth silicate fiber in recent years. Because it has enough solubility in human body fluid and makes it stay in human body for a short time, it will not cause any harm to human health. At least it reduces the damage to human health to a minimum, so it is called soluble fiber.

Bio-soluble fiber blanket is made by using a unique spinning technology and automatic control  production process plus changing the ratio formula of recipe. The Bio-soluble fiber bulk is used as the raw material to produce bio-soluble fiber blankets, which is another option of high temperature insulation, compatible with fiber. It is environmental and friendly as well as non-itchy to skin. And the classification temperature from 1050 to 1250 degree, density from 96 to 160 and regular size are 7200X610x25mm or 3600X610X50mm. We can also produce the Bio-soluble fiber blanket according to our customers’ request and the quality is guaranteed by ISO9001-2008 and CE certificate issued by German relevant authorization .
